Today at NA session electronic management strategic plan was affirmed, which processing basis are the former Government decisions on IT field development and electronic society formation. According to the Customs Union and the Common Economic space RA membership Road Map signed in 2013, December 24, the creation of RA State Component of integrated system state segment and electronic information documentation general infrastructure is initiated. According to the electronic society concept formation, a number of events have been implemented in our country for increase in population computers’ equipment, investment of electronic services, provision of cyber security, electronic education increase and overcoming of other challenges. “Computers for everybody” project started in Armenia, still in 2010 www.e-gov.am electronic portal was invested by the Government, since 2012 new passports including biometric parameters have been used and ID cards, electronic shopping system was implemented. With the implementation of the project, electronic services will be spread. The session was headed by temporary Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan. The Government was represented only by ministerial staff. We note that the agenda comprised of 55 issues.
