Some roads in Armenia are icy
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that all roads in Armenia are trafficable as of 11.00. Sotk-Karvachar roadway is closed, while Vardenyats Pass is covered with ice. Motorists are recommended not to drive on these roads unless it is necessary. The Department of Emergency Situations Ministry of Georgia’s Interior Ministry reports that the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open only for vehicles that have snow chains on all four tires and seat up to 16 passengers
