Did Samvel Alexanyan participate in the war or not? (video)
“If Manvel Grigoryan has proclaimed Samvel Alexanyan a member of Yerkrapah Volunteer Union and said that he [Alexanyan] participated in the war, you had better address the question personally to Manvel Grigoryan,” Vardan Avetisyan, Head of Media and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Defense, said on Friday. “If Samvel Alexanyan was recognized as a war participant, it does not mean that it did not provide appropriate services,” Avetisyan added. “Unfortunately there are people who did not fight in the war, but provided rear services.”
