The army readiness was discussed in the NKR
The President of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan held Security Council session on February 27. The issues of Defense Army readiness and military duty status, foreign policy and the preparatory works of 2014 spring sow have been on agenda. The reports were presented by Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan, Foreign Affairs Minister Karen Mirzoyan, Agriculture Minister Andranik Khachatryan. The President gave relevant instructions to the heads of concerned bodies on these issues.
