More than 40 of our captives returning Yerevan

Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan wrote that a few minutes later, a plane carrying more than 40 of our captives returning home would land in Yerevan.

"I will meet them personally together with my relatives. Finding out the fate of all our missing compatriots, returning all surviving servicemen and civilians, finding the bodies of the dead and handing them over to relatives remain the most pressing humanitarian issues on our agenda."
