Armenia and Azerbaijan start exchanging captives

"The process of exchanging hostages and hostages has begun in Baku," the newspaper wrote.
"We are waiting for the return of the first group of our captives," wrote the Prime Minister's press secretary Mane Gorgyan on her Facebook page.
