President of Azerbaijan ready to return to peace talks on Karabakh issue

The President of Azerbaijan stated that he was ready to return to peace talks on the Karabakh issue, at the same time insisting that he wouldl not make concessions to Armenia, because no other country can influence Baku's decision.
