Arayik Harutyunyan instructs to cease fire in Ganja to avoid innocent victims

The President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan instructed to cease fire in order to avoid innocent victims among the civilian population in Ganja.

"If the enemy does not draw appropriate conclusions, we will continue proportionate and powerful strikes by dismantling and breaking apart the enemy’s army and rear.

We are resolute in our actions until the end.

Stop, until it’s too late,” Harutyunyan said.
