I have the impression that all this is directed - Hrayr Tovmasyan (video)
Former President of the Constitutional Court, current Judge of the Constitutional Court Hrayr Tovmasyan has the impression that the election of the President of the Constitutional Court is directed. After the working session of the Constitutional Court, Tovmasyan told reporters that when there was only one candidate left, he stopped participating in the session.
As for his nomination of Ashot Khachatryan, Tovmasyan said that he took into account several factors, and one of them was the factor of externalization in human relations.
"I had the opportunity to say above that it is very important for the president of the court to see things that other judges will not see."
Tovmasyan also stressed that Judge Khachatryan is the most experienced.
To the question why he did not nominate his candidacy, Tovmasyan responded that he had no desire.
