Constitutional Court delays examination of Robert Kocharyan's application

The Constitutional Court of Armenia has made a decision to delay the examination of the application of 2nd President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan until September 3, 11:00.

The decision is based on the necessity to carry out extra examinations.
