Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan today surprised his protection officers after he got out of the car and talked to an elderly woman who was asking for help. Karen Karapetyan was returning to work from the International Forum of the Eurasian Partnership. Hardly had he got into his official car when he got out of it and approached the crying woman. The latter gave a letter to the Armenian PM, congratulated him on appointment and said she had nowhere to live. After listening to the woman, Karen Karapetyan embraced her and said, “All right!” Details here
