Sarhat Petrosyan lost to Levon Igityan
The court of General Jurisdiction of Avan and Nor Nork districts today rejected the claim of Sarhat Petrosyan against Levon Igityan.
The plaintiff demanded that the respondent publicly deny the information presented in the interview on "Kentron TV" "Armenian Friday" program on 12.10.2012 and in 31.10.2012 interview to "Aravot" newspaper, naming them defamatory. At the same time he demanded that the court oblige defendant Levon Igityan to publicly apologize for the outrageous statements made during the TV program and in the interview.
The statements are "clumsy" and "having a diploma of architect works a gardener at the Lover's park."
The court ruled that defamation is not present in Levon Igityan's words, Pasinfo reports.
