Armenia to celebrate World Music Day June 21
On June 21, Armenia will be celebrating World Music Day, Fête de la Musique, which started in France in 1982. On that day the world celebrates the magical gift of music.
Today the festival is celebrated in more than 460 cities in 110 countries. Armenia has been celebrating the holiday since 2007.
On this occasion, the Armenian Ministry of Culture jointly with the Embassy of France in Armenia has organized a number of musical events in the country. On June 20, the Embassy will be hosting the press service of Ambassador Henry Renaud. Francis Gelibter, Orange Armenia CEO, will be present at the event.
