Barev Yerevan refuses to use the vehicle given by City Council
Anahit Bakhshyan, a Heritage party member who heads the parliamentary group of the Barev Yerevan bloc, has sent a letter to Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan which reads in part,
"Dear Mr Margaryan,
We inform you that the Barev Yerevan faction refuses the old GAZ-3110 model car given to the faction in accordance to Article 32 (pt. 3) of the RA Law On Local Self-Government in Yerevan and given the fact that the Council of Elders demonstrates a discriminatory approach to the factions."
The photos of the cars given to Barev Yerevan and other factions were attached to the letter.
