Artsakh conflict cannot become the subject of negotiations, the leader of the Marxist Party said referring to the June 4 meeting of Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, who among other issues, also dwelt on the Karabakh peace deal.

He stresses that in the past 25 years our diplomacy has ‘marked time.' Hakobyan has his doctrine for resolving the Karabakh problem.

"Armenia should withdraw from the talks. In that case we shall remove the label of an aggressor from us," he said.

The Marxist leader says we should allow Karabakh to determine its political course itself and decide whether it wants to become part of Russia or remain an independent entity.
"We need new diplomatic brains and, most importantly, a new foreign minister," he concluded.
