Protests in Turkey
The protest actions in Istanbul are still in progress.
About two thousand people are staging a protest action at central square of Istiklal. They are trying to prevent the fell of trees and construction works in Gezi park.
There are rallies in Izmir and Ankara too. Turkish authorities try to suppress the rallies by means of gas and water cars.
