"Government will go like a lamb to the slaughter"
The prime minister, who has increased the poverty index from 12% to 35%, should not have been reappointed, says Gurgen Yeghiazaryan, a member of the Social Democrat Hunchakian Party (SDHP).
"Where are Armenians going and why are they leaving their homes? Armenians fled to other countries when they were under the yoke of Turkey, they left their abodes to avoid slaughter," he said.
Then Yeghiazaryan cited the words of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev who said that they need not enter Armenia with weapons.
"Aliyev said Armenia is emptying. The authorities were re-elected by rigging the election and they are going to implement the government-suggested program, which aims to leave the country without Armenians," said the SDHK member.
After the elections America and Russia sent Armenia a warning message which will be completed in the autumn by a national referendum. "The authorities cannot feed people any longer, therefore they will hold a referendum to "show" the will of the people," he added.
The SDHK member is convinced that the virtual government led by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan will go like a lamb to the slaughter in the autumn.
"The only man capable of taking our people out of this ooze is [Armenia's first President] Levon Ter-Petrosyan," he concluded.
