Kuwait parliament speaker due in Armenia today
A delegation led by Ali Fahad Al-Rashed, Speaker of the Kuwaiti National Assembly, is due to arrive in Armenia in the evening of May 29.
During the four-day official visit, the Kuwaiti official will hold meetings with Serzh Sargsyan, Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II, National Assembly Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan, Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian, as well as members of the Armenia-Kuwait Friendship Group of the National Assembly.
The Kuwaiti delegation will also meet with the students and lecturers of Yerevan State University. A cultural program is also envisaged on the visit agenda.
The delegation is also scheduled to visit the Armenian Genocide Memorial and the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute.
