Northern avenue in European colors
Europe Day is celebrated with many cultural and information events in Armenia.
There was an information exhibition dedicated to Europe Day in Northern avenue today. Information on about 70 programs being realized by support of EU was presented in the pavilions among which are educational, trade, touristic, cultural, environmental programs.
"I hope all participants and especially the young will use the chance to get more information about European Union and EU-Armenia relations. It is important for them to be able to use that information in the future", head of the EU delegation to Armenia Trajan Hristea said.
Ambassadors of France, Greece, Germany to Armenia were present at the exhibition.
"EU is an important supporter of Armenian reforms. All this programs come to help us to foster stability and prosperity in our country", said deputy foreign minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan.
Cultural events dedicated to Europe Day will take place in Northern avenue in the evening. Tomorrow events for the day will take place in Gyumri.
