Levon Zurabyan: Gas prices already up

Gas prices in Armenia went up before April 1, 2013, Levon Zurabyan, head of the parliamentary group of the opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC), announced during today's parliamentary briefings.

He says the negotiations with the Russian side are over, with the new tariffs being set before April.
