In that case, why does RPA win in all election? The answer, according to Tigran Sargsyan, is quite clear: because people like their programs.
"People like radical, new solutions that we offer", he said.
The creation of possibility of education for socially vulnerable people and new jobs are of those radical solutions.
PM did not deny that his incomes have grown during recent years. "They have grown as much as bank interests can bring in an income, no more", he said.
