They create their problems
Deputy from RPA Karine Ajemyan thinks that the most serious failure of the authorities is the regulation of social problems. "I think that 37% poverty rate is our failure", she said.
"But there are many good ideas in government's program. This program is a very serious document, the goals of which are various: reduction of immigration, reduction of poverty rate, creation of new jobs", Karine Ajemyan added.
The most pleasant fact for Mrs. Ajemyan is that there are people in the government who know all the ins and outs of their job.
Anush Sedrakyan from "Free democrats" added, that there are also people in government who have created the problems in their spheres.
"Unfortunately, we cannot see the "shadow" processes which happen inside government. The scandal connected with pensions which took place recently is a proof that there is a certain "shadow" process inside government which is being patronized", said Mrs. Sedrakyan. She has done calculations and come to the conclusion that 60% of Armenia's capital is in shadow. The capital of a country, she thinks, must have two characteristics: it must be transparent and effective. "That shadow capital must function for the state and become effective", Anush Sedrakyan said.
