General cases of buying votes
"Amnesty International" has published "Human Rights - 2013" report.
According to "Liberty" radio station, in the part of the report concerning Armenia it is said, "During pre-election campaigns and elections, freedom of speech and holding rallies mainly was not violated, yet observers registered all-occurring cases of buying votes and putting pressure on voters".
The report touches upon the topic of the failed attempt to organize a festival of Azerbaijani films last year. According to it, the organizers were attacked and canceled the event.
The report also states, that more than 30 men who avoid military service because of their religious convictions were being kept in prisons last year.
