Mher Sedrakyan: I did it for you to ask me the question
A journalist of Yerevan-based Aravot.am today asked lawmaker Mher Sedrakyan, a member of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) faction, why he had voted against the initiative to create an ad hoc committee to look into the deadly clashes of March 1, 2008. "I was right to vote against the proposal. I did it for you to ask me the question," Sedrakyan replied.
When asked to comment on the Cabinet's program, Mr Sedrakyan said, "I am glad that it was adopted. Now, you will grow wiser and become men."
