The Media Center is hosting a discussion on the issues of lifers.
Guests at the studio are Avetik Ishkanyan, Chairman of the Helsinki Committee of Armenia on Human Rights, Yeranuhi Tumanyants, a senior representative at the Ombudsman's office, Zaruhi Muradyan, a member of the civil initiative dealing with the issues of lifers, and Armenologist, film critic Artsvi Bakhchinyan.
The participants will present their claims in a statement addressed to the President of Armenia, Speaker of the National Assembly and the Ministry of Justice.
