NSS: Arkady Vardanyan arrested for preparing murder
The National Security Service of Armenia arrested on May 18 two men suspected of preparing the murder of Robert Avetyan, the father of Arsen Avetyan. The arrestees are Arsen Avetyan and Arkady Vardanyan.
The NSS reports that Arsen Avetyan and Arkady Vardanyan created conditions for poisoning Robert Avetian to seize his property.
A criminal case was instituted on May 17 under Articles 35 and 104 of the Criminal Code (preparation of a crime by a group of people out of mercenary motives).
