Found after 11 years
In the period between May 14-17, the operative group of the Armenian police which was in Moscow on a mission, together with the associates of Russian Home Affairs Ministry found and apprehended Ashot K. (born in 1958), who was wanted by Malatia district police department since August 20, 2002 on charge of resisting the representative of authorities.
Ashot K. is under arrest at the moment.
