Polish Language Center to open at Yerevan State Linguistic University

A Polish Language Center will be opened at Yerevan State Linguistic University after V. Brusov on May 20, with the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland in Armenia, Zdzisław Raczyński, and Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Armenia Armen Ashotyan, conducting the ceremonial opening of the Center.

The Center will promote the Polish culture and Polish language teaching in Armenia.

A presentation of the map of Poland published in Armenian will also take place during the event. The map of Poland is the first map of a European country released both in Armenia and in Armenian, jointly published by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Armenia and the "Collage" publishing house.

The opening of the Polish Language Center and map presentation will take place within the agenda of Polish Days in Armenia which have been running in Yerevan since 25 April.
