Barev Yerevan bloc disputing CEC inactivity in court
Representative of the Barev Yerevan (Hello Yerevan) bloc, Daniel Ioannisyan and Zaruhi Postanjyan, who is also a member of the Heritage party's parliamentary group, are disputing the ‘inactivity of the Central Election Commission' at the Administrative Court.
In particular, Ioannisyan is appealing the CEC decision not to discuss his report on about 1000 voting violations.
Zaruhi Postanjyanis complaining about the CEC inactivity over the election fraud reported in Constituency N4.
The Court is due to discuss the appeals on May 15.
The bloc is also going to address the Administrative Court with a demand to announce the results of May 5 municipal lection invalid.
