Andranik Ghukasyan has died
Today in the morning, Andranik Ghukasyan, the younger brother of the former Gyumri mayor Vadan Ghukasyan's brother died of heart seizure. Andranik Ghukasyan is Vahe Ghukasyan's father. The latter had been taken to police department of Gyumri on April 24, had testified about April 23 shootings and now he is held in State Security Service department.
