RPA will hold a session
It is already one month that the members of the RA Government are performing their official duties being in status of deputies.
The only exceptions are the Ministers of Defense and Foreign Relations who were reappointed on April 20. And Tigran Sargsyan was reappointed as PM on April 19.
This was the last date defined by Constitution, as according to the main law of the country, "The President of the republic appoints a PM in a ten-day period after accepting the resignation of the Government". The resignation of the Government was accepted by the President on April 9.
Constitution defines a twenty-day period for appointment of the government starting from the appointment-day of the PM. That date is May 9.
So the President of RA has only two working days to appoint the Government.
This evening a session of the Main Council of RPA is going to be held.
The issue of the new Government is on agenda.
