CEC wants proceedings to be put into action
President of CEC Tigran Mukuchyan informed that CEC intends to begin proceedings on occasion of the rude words used by the president of committee of 9/18 precinct Armenuhi Manukyan.
We remind that the president of the committee of 9/18 precinct was realizing the calculation of votes with a bubble in her mouth and was getting angry every time an invalid ballot-paper was found.
