Ruben Mehrabyan: It was RPA-PAP tandem that won in the election
What was to happen has already happened, political analyst Ruben Mehrabyan said commenting on yesterday's Council of Elders election in Yerevan.
"It was not the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) that won in the election, but the tandem of the RPA and Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP)," said the analyst.
Judging by the results of Sunday's election, Ruben Mehrabyan says nothing has changed in the country in the last six years and it is no use pinning hopes on the PAP.
