“They lie, Mr. Alexanyan”
MP Samvel Alexanyan was frightened when he came to 8/08 precinct in Malatia-Sebastia. He had been told that there were gaherings in the area. "Can't you do something so as there won't be any gaherings here?"
Journalists told him right in the precinct that RPA proxies are coercing journalists. "But it doesn't seem to me, that any of you has been assailed".
Mr. Alexanyan did not notice any violations in the precinct. When journalists tried to make clear what was his status I the precinct if he did not vote, he answered, "My dear, I am here just for that. So as to prevent any problems".
Mr. Alexanyan assured, that he had come to the precinct as a proxy. When leaving he told to some RPA members, "Edo, you are here so you should see that there are no problems. If I receive a single call, you are gone".
Edo is the RPA proxy in the 8/09 precinct. He denies the charges that he has stolen the battery of observer's camera.
"They lie, Mr. Alexanyan, nothing like that happened".
The president of the committee Artyom Khachatryan from "PA" said, that there have been many violations in his precinct and Samvel Alexanyan's presence is one of them.
"To say the truth, we have not registered it yet, but we will surely do it".
Mr. Khachatryan assured that with his orders Mr. Alexanyan, in fact, confirmed that violations have been done by RPA members.
