No restriction for colour pens
In 10/29 precinct in Centre one protocol has been drawn up.
"Two voters had forgotten to sign. We called them back, checked their passports, they put their signatures and left", president of the committee Mushegh Baghdasaryan told "A1+".
There are 1881 voters registered in this precinct. Yet the representative of "Barev Yerevan" was not pleased with election process.
"I notice gatherings of people outside, I get out from time to time and there stand again the same persons", mentions Susanna Makaryan.
Head of legal service of CEC Nuneh Hovhanisyan mentioned that until this moment there have not been registered serious violations which could affect the process of the elections.
Speaking about the incident of voting with colour pens, she said that the election code does not prohibit voters to vote with their own pens. "There is no restriction about the colour of the pen in election code", she said.
