Has punched the committee member
In 3/19 precinct (Zeytun, Aragats factory) two persons have received a ballot-paper from the committee member and voted, without being registered in that area.
Artur Gasparyan from "Barev Yerevan" informs about this.
"Yet the representative of "Heritage" has taken those ballot-papers from these men and also took their passports. At that moment, an observer nicknamed FOKS approached the "Heritage" representative Mariam Karapetyan, punched her on the face with the register and ran away with the above-mentioned two persons. At the moment, police is realizing investigative actions", he informs.
