Has tried to take away the phone
In 01 precinct of Avan, the observer of Civil Society Institution has shot with his mobile phone how a man is accompanying some voters to the precinct. This person, seeing that he was being shot, has approached the observer and tried to take away his phone. The incident took place by 1:20 pm. The observer has found out, that the above-stated person is the deputy of the head of Avan administrative district Samvel Ghumashyan.
