A rest lounge behind the polling-booth
The president of the "Helsinki Committee of Armenia" Avetik Ishkhanyan has said in "Media Centre", that this time strain in elections was felt in the morning hours, between 8:00-9:00 am.
In his words, it is important for the observing organizations to work well, yet only a few are working impartially.
He also mentioned, that in 5/14 precinct a rest lounge has been made behind the polling-booths.
