Zohrabyan foresees "innovations"
"There have already been registered "traditional" violations during those elections, though there is information that there will be some "innovations" in the second half of the day", secretary of "Prosperous Armenia" Naira Zohrabyan informed "Media Centre" about this.
In her words, some precincts have had power cuts. Among those were 13/26 and 10/01 precincts. The latter has been without electricity for more than two hours.
In 9/1, 9/2, 9/3 and 9/4 precincts in Nardos street voters have been given green pens by some people.
The voters were induced to make notes in the ballot-papers with those pens and then give back the pens.
Naira Zohrabyan has witnessed some "active groups of young people" near the school number 114 who were "trying to influence voters".
