Sweets were being given in the precinct
In 13/14 precinct of Erebouni voters were being met with sweets.
"We give sweets, sandwiches to voters. Mainly they want sweets, but one old man asked for a sandwich and we gave it to him", said the head of the committee Aram Mashkhalyan.
Wanted to vote for the second time
In 13/04 precinct of Saritagh, a woman had come to vote for the second time, the observer of "Transparency International" informed. The woman denied it, "There is nothing like that".
The observer, yet, insists that she have seen the stamp in the passport of this citizen, when the latter had approached for registration.
There were groups of young people near the same precinct, who were observing all the people going in and coming out the precinct. The policeman near the precinct said, that those young people were just waiting for their relatives.
