“It is not our business”
For the president of the committee of 10/19 precinct Gagik Bolsihkyan it is a surprise that stamps in passports disappear after voting.
He decided to check personally the "power" of the stamps in his precinct.
Seeing that ink disappears he got surprised and announced that that is not the business of the committee.
