Rustamyan has voted for change of power
"I have voted for change of power, which must start from Yerevan and finish in all Armenia. We must change Yerevan, and Yerevan must change Armenia", ARF candidate for Mayor Armen Rustamyan said after the vote.
He has voted in 3/23 precinct of the district of Kanaker-Zeytun.
Rustamyan mentioned that he had voted for radical and serious changes.
