The precinct without electricity
The observers from "Harmonia" NGO have registered a number of violations in the districts of Centre, Nork-Marash and Ajapnyak.
In 9/17 precinct 3 foreign citizens have voted, who had registration of more than 6 months but who had been registered in the main, and not in the additional, list.
In the same precinct, several voters have approached and told something to an unidentified person before and after voting.
From 9:50 to 10:30 am there was power cut in 10/1 precinct. As it was dark in the precinct the committee had to light candles to carry out the voting process.
In 9/19 precinct, the observers from "Harmonia" have systematically registered open voting. And in 9/25 precinct voters were brought for voting by mini buses.
