“Mission” did not have a proxy
In 12/38 precinct of Shengavit ARF proxy Suren Avetisyan was trying by all means to see the number of voters in the register.
At 10 o'clock 30 of 1815 voters of 12/38 precinct had already voted.
"Until now the everything is all right and there are no gatherings of people in front of the precinct", ANC proxy Samvel Gharabekyan mentioned.
"Mission" party was the only party which did not have a proxy in the precinct.
