Today, during the National Assembly session, when the President of Parliament announced the title of the next issue, the expected changes in RA law "On equal possibilities and rights of men and women" presented by "Rule of Law", deputies from RPA and "Prosperous Armenia" began to leave the session hall in rush. Prior to that, parliament had voted for several issues presented in previous days.

This circumstance offended Hovik Abrahamyan. "It is a matter of elementary politeness: not to leave the hall when the President of the National Assembly speaks. I remind my colleagues, who are walking in the corridor right now, that they must be present at the session and respect their colleagues. From now on, we will register all the absentees on each session for three times and I will ask media to publish the list of delegates".

Hovik Abrahamyan also stated that from now on all issues will be discussed and only then put for voting. "It turns out, that they come only for voting".

Before that, while discussing the changes in RA law "On alternative military service" the secretary of ARF Aghvan Vardanyan announced that they would not vote.

And the expected changes in RA law "On property tax" were put for double voting because part of RPA delegates, instead of voting, were busy following the activity of journalists.

Ashot Arsenyan also voted for his absentee colleague. ARF delegate Artsvik Minasyan quickly responded that though two of RPA delegates were absent, the voting was complete. Hovik Abrahamyan put the draft law for double voting and this time RPA delegates did not vote for their absentee colleagues and the results were different.
