Today, Hovik Abrahamyan had difficulties in opening the next four-day session of the National Assembly. Most of the delegates were late for the session and entered noisily, so for them the procedure of registration repeated. "Register Great Hakobyan, too(referring to Ruben Hakobyan, the head of "Heritage" party), dear Generals", systematically addressing the delegates, Hovik Abrahamyan was calling for silence.

After voting for the previously discussed issues, the Deputy Minister of Finances Vardan Aramyan presented the bill on making changes in "On funded pensions" law of RA. According to those changes, private entrepreneurs, fixed and licensed tax payers, no matter how much their monthly income, must pay 5000 AMD instead of present 1000 MD.

MP from ANC (Armenian National Congress) Hrant Bagratyan did not accept this change of the law. "You want to change the same law too frequently. This shows your non-professional job. If everything remains the way it is and you remain Deputy Minister, Mr Aramyan, we will be permanently changing this law for 23 years. When we get the issue to your Minister, it feels like cat which always stands on its feet no matter how you drop it. If you still have doubts after listening to my arguments, I ask you to come to my office and I will show you Estonia's experience, where employer gives 4% to the pension fund and employee gives 2%".
Vardan Aramyan, opposing Hrant Bagratyan, said, "My duty is to provide true data and I will surely come to your office to discuss this issue. Special for you, I have the printed copy of Estonia's experience with me".

In his speech Hrant Bagratyan announced once again that the expected changes in "On funded pensions" law are essentially wrong. "We should put a stop to that or we will have to make new mistakes. There is no sense in those changes, nothing is suggested for the convenience of businessmen, it will only bother them. I am sure that this government will have to leave and the next one will have to change the law again".
