Construction in progress again
Back in February many residents had submitted an application to Ombudsman complaining about the ongoing construction in the yards of some buildings, among which were 18, 18a, 20, 24 Amiryan and 15 Mashtots addresses.
In this application the residents had raised the following question: whether this construction is legal or not?
In response to Ombudsman's request, Ministries of Urban Development and Emergency Situations had informed that the construction had been stopped, yet a few days ago one of the applicants had called the Ombudsman's hot line and said, that the construction is in progress again.
The quick response team of Ombudsman's Administration had verified that the construction had really been resumed. The residents had submitted a new application to Ombudsman.
The problem is in the limelight of Ombudsman's Office.
