Levon Ter-Petrosyan is ill?
Armenia's first President Levon Ter-Petrosyan did not join the traditional march heading to Tsitsernakaberd, a hilltop Armenian Genocide memorial in Yerevan, though he was expected to.
The participants of the march organized by the Armenian National Congress (HAK) are walking to the Genocide memorial complex to pay respect to the memory of 1.5 million Armenians killed by the Ottoman Empire in 1915.
Asked whether the first President did not join the group because of his illness, Levon Ter-Petrosyan's spouse Lyudmila Ter-Petrosyan advised addressing all questions to the president [Levon Ter-Petrosyan] and said he had come down with the flu.
