Why did Tsarukyan enter politics?
If the authorities chase the Chairman of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK), Gagik Tsarukyan, he could become the right person to carry out a bourgeois-democratic revolution, says David Hakobyan, Chairman of the Marxist Party of Armenia.
"If Tsarukyan's security is not guaranteed, he will not sit idle; he will go ahead leading others," says Hakobyan.
The leader of the Marxist party says the BHK leader entered politics to maintain his property which might be taken away at any moment. As long as BHK's bourgeois leader keeps his property, he might be useful for Armenia's first president Levon Ter-Petrosyan.
The leader of the Communist Party, Ruben Tovmasyan, sees only ignorant bourgeoises who will not carry out a revolution for the sake of people. "Today bourgeoisie seeks to have more, to plunder more in order to be able to suppress both the people and the authorities."
Ruben Tovmasyan is a supporter of revolution and says the earlier it is conducted, the better. He calls on everyone not to think about the possible casualties.
"Only five people were killed when the Winter Palace was attacked during the October Socialist Revolution," he said adding that more people are killed in peaceful conditions.
The communist leader understands that every revolution is socialist in nature. Bourgeois-democratic revolutions cannot justify the expectations of the people.
