Aram Manukyan suggested in his speech to propose Levon Ter-Petrosyan as a new leader of ANC. "Thus, we are ready to assume the responsibility for the fate of Armenia."

We are not starting from scratch and ANC is not a new force, it is the same political force that started the struggle for the freedom of NKR. We do not have political dogmas; we are only in favor of liberal ideas."

He also referred to the municipal elections, saying that they have set a goal to liberate the city from Serzh Sargsyan's regime, which, according to him, has never been so much hated as much as today.

"We have to start an uncompromising struggle for the victory. I consider it is a realistic goal since it is also shared by other political forces. Let us all win together".

Vahagn Khachatryan who leads ANC municipal list noted in his speech that they had passed long and difficult way. "The party is old and new at the same time. This is one of the peculiarities of ANC party. During the upcoming elections we will do our utmost to make our ideas a reality."
